How It Works - The Process is Simple
EMBROIDERY
CBG offers in-house quality workmanship and reasonable turn around times at affordable prices. We use specialized backings and threads to produce the upmost quality in the final product.
THE PROCESS:
Before the start of production we take your logo in .jpg format and have it digitized. There is a one-time charge for this service, which is dependent on the detail and the stitch count used to create the logo. We will then sew a sample of your logo for your approval.
SCREEN PRINT
CBG offers creative designs, on-time delivery with competitive pricing. We can screen print everything from your basic one color design to a multi-color print, from concept to completion.
THE PROCESS:
Once the art files have been approved we will adjust the size and placement so screens can be made and setup so production can begin.
OTHER OPTIONS
When quantities are small, we offer several other options for your clothing such as direct-to-garment, heat transfer or vinyl applications.
Once your clothing has been decorated, we carefully examine the final product before we fold and package them.
DELIVERY: Arrangements will be made upon the completion of your order if it's going to be picked up, delivered or shipped to the final destination.
